In the Loire Valley, I was looking for a peaceful location with a strong presence of nature and found le Los de la Chartrie, close the château of Cheverny, an ideal place for me to do B&B in.  The property is sourrounded by vineyards, sunflowers or wheat fields, meadows and horses.. It is close to many of the Loire châteaux, its fascinating gardens and right on a cycling route.

A charming and typical wine farn of the Sologne region, it has been restaured with ecological materials wherever possible: solar panels for hot water, hemp for insulation, lime coating and more. I propose the table d’hôtes  and the food is organic because I think it’s best. It is a wonderfully peaceful and fulfilling setting..
