Cormeray is situated on the D 956, between Blois and Contres.There are two ways to get there, and for once the signposts are easy to find.
Using GPS, put in La Chartrie in Cormeray (coordonnées N 47 50008° – E 1 41494°).
To get to Cormeray
Autoroute A 10, exit Blois (17), direction Vierzon, Châteauroux till you get to a huge round-about. There take the D 956 in the direction of Châteauroux. Cormeray is about 5 miles from there.
On the Autoroute A 71, take the A 85 in Vierzon in the direction of Tours. Exit Selles-sur-Cher (13). Then, take the D 956 in the direction od Blois. Cormeray is about 15 miles from there.
Cormeray is a village stretching along the D 956. Fortunately, the house is far enough from the main road !
Just after the sign with Cormeray on it, take the first road on your left. Then, drive on for a litle less than half a mile and turn left. The Clos de la Chartrie is the first house on your left.
Drive through the village of Cormeray and before the sighpost indicating the end of the village, turn right. Then, drive on for a litle less than half a mile and turn left. The Clos de la Chartrie is the first house on your left.
